Immaculate Conception of Mary Quasi Parish - St. John Paul II Lay Formation and Training Center was canonically erected as Quasi Parish last August 15, 2015 presided by Bishop Emeritus Wilfredo Manlapaz, D.D. The Quasi Parish is widely known in the Diocese of Tagum as "Lay Formation".

The current administrator and Diocesan pastoral director is Rev. Fr. Jaime Ozoa. The assistant parish priest is Rev. Fr. Felixberto Labor.
